Att. Mustafa Utku FEDAI was born in Izmir. After completing his primary and secondary education at Mev College, he completed his high school education at Mustafa Kemal Anatolian High School and Uğur Preparatory Anatolian High School. Then, he graduated from Istanbul Commerce University Faculty of Law, where he studied with a scholarship, in 2019.

After completing his legal internship with Att. Alper PİRŞEN at Pirşen&Acar&Koçhan (PAK) Law Firm, Mustafa Utku FEDAİ, who became a self-employed lawyer, established our law firm together with Att. Akın SARIMUSTAFA as of 2022.

Att. Mustafa Utku Fedai, who specializes in Sports Law due to his family's direct interest in sports and his interest in this sector, graduated from KADİR HAS UNİVERSİTY Sports Law and Management Program in the 2019-2020 period. Since 2022, he has been continuing his specialization studies on Sports Law at BARCA INNOVATION HUB UNIVERSITAS.

Att. Mustafa Utku Fedai, who also provides advocacy and consultancy services in various fields of law, speaks English (C2 Level) and Spanish (A2 Level). While actively participating in social responsibility projects, he is a member of Karaköy Rotaract Club and a board member of PCIFIC E-Sports Club.
